Although we consider these beauty marks that add character, we attempt to disclose imperfections either through pictures or written descriptions. Please be aware that due to the nature of items of age they should not be considered in new condition. In addition we may not cover all details of an item’s condition. Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-72 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

Over the years, we have very few returns and respond to and resolve any concern you may have in a timely and courteous manner. In the event that you receive an item you selected and upon receipt find it fails to meet our description or your expectations, we ask that you phone or email us before a return. In all circumstances, we will accept returns for exchange or return, provided the item is sent to us in original condition within 15 days of receiving it.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less any shipping, handling or restocking fees, or send you a replacement item for exchange. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in its original condition, including the original accessories (if applicable). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
